Due to the State of Emergency with the Coronavirus, we are now able to offer Telehealth type appointments for our established patients. If you are experiencing upper respiratory illness symptoms, Depression or Anxiety, need a medication refilled, or want to have a generalized visit with your provider you can schedule the Telehealth appointment through your Patient Portal.

We are unable to accommodate the following type of appointments:

  • Women’s Wellness Exams
  • Child Well Exams
  • Sports Physicals
  • Emergency Room or Hospitalization Follow Up
  • Motor Vehicle Accidents
  • Workman’s Compensation
  • Urinary Tract Infection symptoms
  • Chest Pain or Surgery Clearance

You will need to make an appointment to physically be seen in the office. Please call our office if you should have any questions about what type of appointment you should schedule. If you make a Telehealth appointment, on the day of your appointment around your scheduled appointment time, you will receive a text message stating “Hello, this (your provider’s name) join me for a secure video meeting: (followed by a link)“. You will click on this link at your appointment time which will put you in a virtual waiting room until your provider connects with you. You can use your cellphone, tablet or personal computer for this visit.
