Coronavirus Information

We have received the Pfizer and Moderna Bivalent Booster Vaccines and have a limited supply.  We also have the Monovalent Covid vaccines that are required to have 2 months prior to receiving the Bivalent vaccines.  You cannot receive a Covid vaccine of any form within 3 months of a positive covid infection.  You can make your own appointment through your portal under Covid Vaccine appointment type.  Please make a note when you make your appointment which vaccine you are scheduling for.  Here are some links and further information.

Moderna – 

• Monovalent vaccine is first in the series and is for 18 years old and older
• Bivalent Booster vaccine will be given 2 months after the Monovalent vaccine and is for 18 years old and older

Pfizer – Adult

• Monovalent vaccine is first in the series and is for 12 years and older
• Bivalent Booster Vaccine will be given 2 months after the Monovalent vaccine and is for 12 years and older.
